• The code to prompt for keyboard entropy and wipe files is derived from code published in the Secure Programming Cookbook by John Viega and Matt Messier [VIEG03].
• The code for RIPEMD-160 is adapted from software written by Antoon Bosselaers, available at http://www.esat.kuleuven.be/~cosicart/ps/AB-9601/ [RMD].
• The MD5 algorithm includes code derived from the RSA Data Security, Inc. MD5 Message-Digest Algorithm [RFC1321] which is covered by the following copyright:
