The zip file to be downloaded is 628 kB. The latest DLL version is 3.2.1.0, released 2 February 2008.

Save the file to your hard drive, unzip it, and follow the instructions in the README file. You need to have administrator rights when installing. On setup, the Developer Version of the DLL will be installed on your system and will overwrite any existing version. There are instructions included on how to distribute to your users. Do not distribute this setup file or your Licence ID to your end users.
