Unsupported algorithms

These algorithms from [PKIXALG] are not currently supported:

• Diffie-Helman keys ("DHPublicKey")
• Key Exchange Algorithm ("id-keyExchangeAlgorithm")
• Elliptic Curve keys and signatures (ECDSA) - given these are covered by some messy patents, it's unlikely we'll ever support them.
