Encrypt data in byte array

Parameters
- input
- Input data
- key
- Key of exactly 16 bytes (128 bits)
- mode
- Type: Mode
Cipher Mode
- iv
- IV of exactly 16 bytes or null/Nothing for ECB mode
Return Value
Ciphertext in byte array or empty array on error
Remarks
For ECB and CBC modes, input data length must be an exact multiple of the block length (16 bytes)
