Try before you buy

You may evaluate the Trial Edition of CryptoSys PKI Pro for free before you buy. All the functionality of the full Licensed Edition is available in the Trial Edition. Please make sure it does what you require before purchase. Minimum required operating system is Windows XP-SP2 and above (that is, XP/Vista/W7/W8/W10/W11) or Windows Server 2003 and above.

You will be issued with a 14-character Licence ID. The Licence ID is in the Delivery Information email you will receive from FastSpring acknowledging your purchase. (Where is my Licence ID?)

Note that the fee paid for the licence is purely for the licence and the right to download one copy of the software. You are assumed to have tested the Trial Edition and satisfied yourself that it works as you require.

Credit card statement:

Your credit card will be billed by FS*fsprg.com or FS*cryptosys.net*. Please make sure any purchasing officer in your company who might review credit card statements is aware of this.

Where is my invoice?

Your invoice is a link in the Your Order email you should have received from FastSpring. This is the first email you should receive after placing your order. It starts with "Thank you for your order! Your order is currently processing." The link to the invoice is directly below, begins with https://sites.fastspring.com/ and includes your Order ID. Your Order ID number will be of the form DIMxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx.

Where is my licence ID?

The second email you should receive is the Delivery Information email, which is sent when the payment is processed. This will contain your 14-character Licence ID for downloading.

Payments by wire transfer

If you paid by wire transfer please be aware that it takes at least three business days for the transaction to be processed. This is handled by FastSpring. You may be required to submit proof of transfer to them. If you have a query about the status, please contact FastSpring directly and quote your order ID number. Your Order ID number will be of the form DIMxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx.
